OUR CLASSES

Eight classes a day across our Daily Wod, Hyrox, Mobility, Weightlifting and more. Every session is coached, every member is looked after.

DAILY WOD

The OG Resolute Class - Makes up the majority of our timetable!

These classes will improve your overall, broad fitness - you’ll get stronger, fitter and learn new skills.

Each day is different, but not random. You’ll follow a structured 6 week block to ensure you’re progressing whilst still enjoying your training.

Every session is scaled to your level, so whether you've never lifted a barbell or you've been training for years, you'll get a workout that challenges you appropriately. Our Daily WOD runs five days a week with multiple time slots to fit around your schedule.

Olympic Weightlifting

Class focused specifically on the Olympic lifts of Snatch and Clean and Jerk - coached properly.

Our Tuesday and Friday evening class gives you 75-90 minutes to focus purely on the Olympic lifts in a relaxed, technical environment.

Great for both beginners and experienced weightlifters.

If you want to build your Olympic lifts, improve technique and get stronger, this is for you!

Hybrid

Simple movements, high-energy workout.

These classes will improve your endurance and stamina through runs, machines and functional movements.

Ideal if you want to improve your overall fitness, or if you’re training for Hyrox style events.

Great for all levels — you'll work hard, push yourself and leave feeling it.

Mobility

Targeted mobility work, controlled stretches, and drills that directly support your training.

Not only will they help increase your performance in workouts, they will also reduce the risk of injuries in sport and life in general.

Perfect addition if you don’t want your mobility to hold you back.
